Awards - National and International Recognition

With numerous awards ranging from best Mild Cheddar, best Mature Cheddar and the best industrial milk plant won over the past seven decades, Bothwell Cheese has since been awarded many other prestigious industry honours.

We are very proud to announce that in 2009 we once again achieved the pinnacle of success with our 1st Place win for our Marble Cheddar at the British Empire Cheese Competition for the fourth year in a row. Bothwell Cheese also picked up a 1st Place win in 2009 for our Monterey Jack Cheese we are very pleased with this award as we placed 3rd at the 2008 BECC Awards.

Bothwell Cheese has also earned 12 awards in the Western Canadian Agribition including "Grand Champion" for our Black Truffle, Mild Cheddar, Aged White Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Smoked Jalapeno Jack and Jalapeno Jack Cheeses, and "Reserve Champion" for our Farmers, Monterey Jack, Havarti Dill, Smoked Gouda, Mild Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses over the past few years.

These awards prove that Bothwell Cheese maintains the highest standards of quality and taste.
