Cajun Cheeseburgers

2 pounds extra lean ground beef
3 cloves roasted garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
4 slices of red onion
4 large crusty buns
4 thick slices Bothwell Garlic-Chive Jack
4 slices tomato
Preheat outdoor grill to high heat. Mix together the ground beef and roasted garlic. Flatten into patties about 3/4 of an inch thick. Sprinkle with seasonings. Place onions on the grill and toast both sides. Grill the beef patties, about 5 minutes per side. Place the patties on buns and top with the Garlic Chive cheese, pickles and condiments.
Yield: 4 servings.
