Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese
This protein-packed smoothie will keep you going all day long!
- 1/2 cup Bothwell Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup 100% Pure Canadian Milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 ounce of APRIL FOOLS!
