1. How are items shipped? How long does it take to arrive?
All orders are packaged on Tuesday and will ship the same day. We ship using Canada Post Xpresspost. Xpresspost is guaranteed within 2-3 business days for most areas, but rural/remote areas can take up to 4 business days.

2. How are items packaged?
Items are packaged in boxes and are packaged with 1-2 ice packs to keep the items cool.

3. What method of payments do you take?
We accept Visa and MC. If you in New Bothwell, Manitoba, we take interact.

4. Do you ship internationally (Outside of Canada)?
Sorry, because of shipping times we do not ship outside of Canada.

5. When do items ship?
Items are packaged and shipped every Tuesday. The cut off day for the Tuesday shipping date is the previous Thursday. So if you purchase an item on Thursday, it will ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed after the Thursday cut of day will not ship out till the following Tuesday.
