Marisa Curatolo is a Paris-trained cook, food stylist and culinary instructor. For more than a decade, Marisa ran her own cooking school in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she current resides with her husband and three children. Today, she teaches cooking and food styling to engaged students in Europe. She is the author of two cookbooks, Appetizers: Easy and Delicious; and Our Jets at Home: Favourite Recipes and Foods to Share. Canadian Living and Western Living magazine have also featured Marisa’s work in their publications.
