Spicy & Smoky Red Hot Chili Pepper is a blend of Bothwell’s natural Monterey Jack cheese with fiery chili peppers before being smoked with an in-house hickory wood chip. The combination of spicy and smoky makes this cheese truly unique. Add it to any dish for a flavourful twist that’s hard to resist.
