Made using our traditional hand-cheddaring technique, our Medium Cheddar is aged for four to six months, giving it a full rich taste. This cheese has a subtle sweet note that balances the sharpness created in the maturation process.

Pairing

Our Medium Cheddar has a mild sweet note which balances well with Cardonnay, sparkling wines, Shiraz or Syrah. Stouts and fruity beers also make a nice pair.
