Chardonnay, Blueberry & Extra Old Aged Cheddar Salad

Arugula may not be easy to say ten times, fast, but the simplicity of this salad is impressive, with only three ingredients and a basic dressing.


  • 1 lb baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Bothwell Extra Old Cheddar, diced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise mixed with 2 Tbsp of chardonnay and 1/4 tsp lemon juice


  1. Toss the arugula, blueberries and cheese with the dressing and place in a large salad dish or 6 individual dishes.
  2. Garnish with a few extra berries around each plate.
