
Cheese Melts with Prosciutto
There’s no end to what you can do with cheese and a baguette! Combine Old Cheddar with prosciutto and a splash of Worcestershire for a meaty, salty kick.
Ingredients
- 2 baguettes
- 1 cup Bothwell Old Cheddar, grated
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, diced
- ¼ cup shredded Bothwell Parmesan (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice baguettes into desired thickness.
- Mix the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce together and spread onto baguettes.
- Sprinkle prosciutto on baguettes.
- Top with old cheddar cheese and green onion.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional).
