Dill-icious Hamburger Pizza

A dill-licious pizza you'll want to make over and over again. Our sharp Lactose-Free Old Cheddar is the perfect companion for tangy dill pickles and delicious ground beef.
Ingredients
For the Dill Pickle pizza:
- 2 lbs ground beef, cooked
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
- ½ cup of tomato sauce
- 1 250g block Bothwell Lactose-Free Old Cheddar
- 2 -10 inch pizza shells (par cooked)
- ½ cup garlic aioli or dressing
For the aioli:
- 1 tbs garlic paste (or 2 garlic cloves, pressed)
- 1/4 teaspoon (or more) coarse kosher salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
For the Dill Pickle pizza:
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Spread tomato sauce over pizza shells.
- Cover each shell with cheese and ground beef, then spread pickles on top.
- Place shells directly on oven racks and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese begins to brown. Watch carefully!
- Remove from oven and drizzle with garlic aioli.
For the aioli:
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
