Dill-icious Hamburger Pizza

A dill-licious pizza you'll want to make over and over again. Our sharp Lactose-Free Old Cheddar is the perfect companion for tangy dill pickles and delicious ground beef.

Ingredients

For the Dill Pickle pizza:

  • 2 lbs ground beef, cooked
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • ½ cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 250g block Bothwell Lactose-Free Old Cheddar
  • 2 -10 inch pizza shells (par cooked)
  • ½ cup garlic aioli or dressing

For the aioli:

  • 1 tbs garlic paste (or 2 garlic cloves, pressed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (or more) coarse kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

Directions

For the Dill Pickle pizza:

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. Spread tomato sauce over pizza shells.
  3. Cover each shell with cheese and ground beef, then spread pickles on top.
  4. Place shells directly on oven racks and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese begins to brown. Watch carefully!
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with garlic aioli.

For the aioli:

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
