Herbs & Garlic Cheddar Scones

These cheesy little bites made with Sunny Dog Barkin Herbs' & Garlic Cheddar are perfect for any occasion, especially brunch.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- ½ pound of butter (ice cold - cut into cubes)
- 1 cup of cashew milk
- 1 cup of grated Sunny Dog Barkin' Herbs & Garlic Cheddar
- ½ tsp of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees F
- Mix dry ingredients in a food processor
- Add butter/salt and mix into a crumble
- Add grated cheese
- Add cashew milk and mix
- Flour cutting board
- Knead the dough for 30 seconds
- Roll into two log rolls
- Cut into triangles and place onto parchment paper covered baking tray
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown
