Herbs & Garlic Cheddar Scones

These cheesy little bites made with Sunny Dog Barkin Herbs' & Garlic Cheddar are perfect for any occasion, especially brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • ½ pound of butter (ice cold - cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup of cashew milk
  • 1 cup of grated Sunny Dog Barkin' Herbs & Garlic Cheddar 
  • ½ tsp of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a food processor
  3. Add butter/salt and mix into a crumble
  4. Add grated cheese
  5. Add cashew milk and mix
  6. Flour cutting board
  7. Knead the dough for 30 seconds
  8. Roll into two log rolls
  9. Cut into triangles and place onto parchment paper covered baking tray
  10. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown
