Parmesan Popcorn

Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese

As easy as 1, 2, pop! The perfect guilt-free snack. Make it smokey and spicy or creamy and mild - choose your own adventure.


  • 2 cups of popped corn
  • Hot sauce or olive oil, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Bothwell Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt (less if using nutritional yeast)


  1. Drizzle hot sauce OR olive oil over pop corn to taste (already popped!)
  2. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, nutritional yeast (if using) and salt and toss to coat popcorn
