Party Pizza
Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese
If you like the sound of 3 pizzas in 1 then this party pizza is for you! This pizza features a cheeseburger pizza, margherita pizza and a BBQ chicken pizza, all made with different cheeses from our 450g Variety Sliced Pack.
Ingredients
- 650g store bought pizza dough
- spray olive oil
Cheeseburger Pizza
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 slices Medium Cheddar from Bothwell 450g Sliced Variety Pack or Costco 720g Sliced Variety Pack or 450g Cheddar Sliced Variety Pack
- 3 tbsp seasoned beef, cooked
- 1.5 tbsp onion, minced
- 6-8 pickle slices
- 1.5 tbsp tomato, diced
Margherita Pizza
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 4 slices Mozzarella from Bothwell 450g Sliced Variety Pack or Costco 720g Sliced Variety Pack
1 small vine tomato, sliced
6-7 leaves of fresh basilBBQ Chicken Pizza
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 4 slices of Red Hot Chili Pepper from Bothwell 450g Sliced Variety Pack
- ¼ cup BBQ chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 4-6 red onion, cut into rings
- 2 tbsp roasted red pepper, diced
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F
2. Place and stretch the dough using spray oil on a 13”x 18” half size baking sheet as per
directions on the package
3. Measure and divide dough into 3 equal parts, making 3 sections equaling 13”x6”
4. In a small bowl combine ketchup and mayonnaise
5. In the first section of the pizza (Cheeseburger), spread ketchup and mayonnaise mixture,
top with cheese, seasoned beef, onion, and pickles
6. In the middle section (Margherita)of the pizza spread pizza sauce, top with cheese and
tomato slices
7. In the last section of the pizza (BBQ Chicken) spread BBQ sauce, top with cheese,
chicken, red onions, and roasted red peppers
8. Bake on the bottom rack for 12- 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked
through
9. Remove pizza and top cheeseburger section with tomatoes and the margherita sections
with fresh basil, serve immediately!
