This French classic is made with with just 4 ingredients; lots of potatoes, caramelized onions, butter and Bothwell's Parmesan. It's an easy side dish that everyone at your dinner table will love - guaranteed!
- Thinly sliced raw potatoes
- Caramelized onions
- Grated Bothwell Parmesan
- Layer greased pan with potato slices, caramelized onions and parmesan cheese - 6 layers of each in this order
- Cover with final layer of grated Parmesan
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees
