Pumpkin Flan

A delicious fall treat made with pumpkin and our Black Truffle Monterey Jack.
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp. of cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of whole milk
- 1/3 cup of grated Bothwell Black Truffle Monterey Jack
Optional: Caramel Sauce
- 1/3 cup of white sugar melted in pan over medium heat till golden in colour
Directions
- Mix eggs, yolks, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, milk, cheese
- Pour caramel sauce into small mason jars or ramekins to cover bottom, then pour in batter and place in a warm bath
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees
