Pumpkin Flan

A delicious fall treat made with pumpkin and our Black Truffle Monterey Jack.

Ingredients

Optional: Caramel Sauce

  • 1/3 cup of white sugar melted in pan over medium heat till golden in colour

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, yolks, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, milk, cheese
  2. Pour caramel sauce  into small mason jars or ramekins to cover bottom, then pour in batter and place in a warm bath
  3. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees
