
Spring Cheese Board
Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 (170g) block Bothwell® Smoked Gouda or Maplewood Smoked Extra Old Cheddar.
- 1 (170g) block Bothwell® Jalapeño Monterey Jack Cheese.
- 1 (250g) block Bothwell® NON-GMO Project Verified Old, Medium or 548 White Cheddar Cheese.
- Your selection of deli meats, crackers, jam, mustard, fruit, and nuts.
Directions
1.Slice the 170g cheese blocks in different shapes (rectangles and squares) and place them in a row on the board, leaving some space between them. Cut the white cheddar in diagonal pieces and place on the right side of the board, in line with the other two cheeses.
3.Position your condiment bowls, and fill them up with jam and mustard.
4.Add crackers and deli meat of your choice, and fill in the gaps with fruits and nuts.
5.Compliment the cheese board with your selection of wine or beer.
6.Allow cheese to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
