Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese
1.Slice the 170g cheese blocks in different shapes (rectangles and squares) and place them in a row on the board, leaving some space between them. Cut the white cheddar in diagonal pieces and place on the right side of the board, in line with the other two cheeses.
3.Position your condiment bowls, and fill them up with jam and mustard.
4.Add crackers and deli meat of your choice, and fill in the gaps with fruits and nuts.
5.Compliment the cheese board with your selection of wine or beer.
6.Allow cheese to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
