Squeak’rs & Chocolate Fondue

Fun to serve, and absolutely delicious to eat! This simple pairing of Bothwell real cheddar cheese curds with dark chocolate creates a sensational taste experience.


  • 10 ounces of dark chocolate (chips or block)
  • 6 ounces of heavy cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • 240g Bothwell SqueaK’rs Cheddar Cheese Curds


  1. Warm the cream over medium heat until a light boil.
  2. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
  3. Transfer to heated fondue pot or serve straight from the pot.
  4. Arrange cheese curds on a platter and use a fondue fork, bamboo skewer, or salad fork to dip the cheese pieces into the melted chocolate.
  5. Eat immediately and enjoy!
