BBQ Chicken Bake

This BBQ Chicken Bake made with Mozzarella Slices from Bothwell's 450g Sliced Variety Pack is a comforting and delicious 30 minute meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 (450 ml) bottle of BBQ sauce
  • 8 Mozzarella slices from Bothwell's 450g Sliced Variety Pack
  • 1 small jalapeno, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • Optional Garnish: Cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Using a 9x11 baking dish, place chicken in the dish, sprinkle it with cumin, and pour BBQ sauce over the top.
  3. Layer 2 slices of cheese on each chicken breast and sprinkle with jalapenos and red onion.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cilantro and serve!
