Classic Deli Sandwich

The most classic, crowd-pleasing lunch is a perfect deli sandwich! Sunny dog cheese brings an even fresher take on a classic sandwich!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 3 slices of your favourite smoked deli meat
- 6 thin slices red onion
- 25 g of Sunny Dog Barkin’ Herbs & Garlic Cheddar Cheddar, sliced
Directions
- Spread mayonnaise on one bread slice and layer with lettuce, tomato, smoked meat, red onion, and Sunny Dog Barkin’ Herbs and Garlic Cheddar Cheese finishing by topping with the other piece of bread. Serve immediately.
