Deli Club Sandwich
Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese
Nothing beats a classic Deli Club Sandwich for lunch. Layers of turkey, bacon, our Lactose-Free Mozzarella, crisp lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli create the perfect bite. This stacked sandwich takes longer to eat than it does to make! Filling and delicious, it will hit the spot for lunch.
- 3 slices of sourdough or multigrain bread
- 2 tbsp. garlic aioli
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 2 slices of oven roasted turkey breast
- 2 slices of black forest ham
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked
- 4 slices Bothwell Lactose-Free Mozzarella or Bothwell 1kg Old White Cheddar
- Spread 1 tbsp. garlic aioli on one bread slice and layer with lettuce, tomato, turkey, ham, bacon and cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread and repeat the layers of ingredients, finishing by topping with the last piece of bread. Serve immediately and enjoy!
