Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese
- 1 (170g) block Bothwell® Red Wine Old Cheddar Cheese.
- 1 (170g) block Bothwell® Black Truffle or Jalapeño Monterey Jack Cheese.
- 1 (250g) block Bothwell® NON-GMO Project Verified Old, Medium or 548 White Cheddar Cheese.
- Your selection of deli meats, breads and crackers, jams, mustard and honey, fruits, and nuts.
1.Cut the largest piece of cheese diagonally and place it off-center of the board.
2.Slice the 170g cheese blocks in different shapes (rectangles and squares) and place them up front of the board, leaving some space between them.
3.Position your condiment bowls, and fill them up with jam, mustard, and honey.
4.Add breads, crackers, and deli meat of your choice, and fill the gaps with fruits and nuts.
5.Compliment the cheese board with your selection of wine or beer.
6.Allow cheeses to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
