Holiday Cheese Board

Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese



1.Cut the largest piece of cheese diagonally and place it off-center of the board.

2.Slice the 170g cheese blocks in different shapes (rectangles and squares) and place them up front of the board, leaving some space between them.

3.Position your condiment bowls, and fill them up with jam, mustard, and honey.

4.Add breads, crackers, and deli meat of your choice, and fill the gaps with fruits and nuts.

5.Compliment the cheese board with your selection of wine or beer.

6.Allow cheeses to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
