Muenster & Tomato Melt with Garlic Butter

This creamy sandwich will melt your heart. It's smothered in garlic butter and a perfect match for soup.


  • 2 Multi-grain bread slices
  • 1 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup Bothwell Muenster, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced


  1. In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic.
  2. Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread.
  3. Lay one slice of bread butter side down and top with half the Muenster, tomatoes, and remaining cheese.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. In a frying pan over medium heat, place sandwich, butter side down.
  6. Grill until golden brown on each side; about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for one minute.
