Roasted Tomato Sauce with Parmesan

This simple roasted tomato sauce made with less than 10 ingredients makes for a quick and easy pasta dinner perfect for any night of the week!


  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of diced white onion
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp of chopped rosemary
  • 1 pint of grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup of roasted tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper / 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of cooked pasta
  • Garnish with shredded Bothwell Parmesan


  1. In a non-stick pan over med/high heat add olive oil and let warm 2 minutes
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add grape tomatoes and roasted tomatoes, rosemary, white wine continue to sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add pasta and continue to cook 3 minutes until pasta is hot
  5. Place in bowls and garnish with Bothwell Parmesan
