Roasted Tomato Sauce with Parmesan

This simple roasted tomato sauce made with less than 10 ingredients makes for a quick and easy pasta dinner perfect for any night of the week!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 cup of diced white onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 tsp of chopped rosemary
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 1 cup of roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 tsp of pepper / 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- Garnish with shredded Bothwell Parmesan
Directions
- In a non-stick pan over med/high heat add olive oil and let warm 2 minutes
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Add grape tomatoes and roasted tomatoes, rosemary, white wine continue to sauté for 3 minutes
- Add pasta and continue to cook 3 minutes until pasta is hot
- Place in bowls and garnish with Bothwell Parmesan
