Rustic Charcuterie Board

Recipe Creator: Bothwell Cheese

This is a simple and easy board to put together when you're at the cottage or picnic. Pre-cut and wash everything and assemble in minutes. Enjoy snacking at your leisure.

Ingredients

  • Pretzel crisps
  • Trail mix
  • Crackers
  • 1 250g Sunny Dog Herbs & Garlic Cheddar, cubed
  • Salami
  • Grainy mustard
  • Dried apricots
  • Nuts (pistachios, corn nuts)
  • Fruits (raspberries and blueberries)

Directions

  1. Arrange cubed cheese on a board or platter.
  2. Place grainy mustard in a small jar or ramekin. Place on board/platter.
  3. Fill in gaps with remaining ingredients.
