Spicy Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese

What better than classic mac & cheese? Cheeseburger mac & cheese! This comforting and creamy recipe is a must-try.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of your favourite pasta
- 10-12 cups of water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Sunny Dog Spicy Dill Pickle Monterey Jack, shredded
- 2 tbsp brine
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
Directions
- In a large pot bring water to a rolling boil. Add the salt. Then add the pasta. Ensure there is lots of water (room) around the pasta. Cook until pasta is tender and drain off water.
- Cook ground beef over med/high heat in a pan. Drain off any fat and set aside.
- In a large oven safe pot heat vegetable stock, add cream cheese and Spicy Dill until melted. Once melted add the brine.
- Add the pasta and ground beef stir in onions and dill and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve out of the pot or if this is nonstick pan flip your dish out onto a board so all the cheezie goodness can be seen. Serve with a smile!
ChefD’s Tip: Once plated add a pinch of shredded cheese and dill for a lovely finishing touch.
