  • 3 cups of your favourite pasta
  • 10-12 cups of water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Sunny Dog Spicy Dill Pickle Monterey Jack, shredded
  • 2 tbsp brine
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef

  1. In a large pot bring water to a rolling boil. Add the salt. Then add the pasta. Ensure there is lots of water (room) around the pasta.  Cook until pasta is tender and drain off water.
  2. Cook ground beef over med/high heat in a pan. Drain off any fat and set aside.
  3. In a large oven safe pot heat vegetable stock, add cream cheese and Spicy Dill until melted. Once melted add the brine.
  4. Add the pasta and ground beef stir in onions and dill and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve out of the pot or if this is nonstick pan flip your dish out onto a board so all the cheezie goodness can be seen. Serve with a smile!

ChefD’s Tip:  Once plated add a pinch of shredded cheese and dill for a lovely finishing touch.
