Spicy Dill Pickle Popcorn

All you need is three ingredients to make this delicious popcorn with a twist. You'll love the crunch and flavour that Sunny Dog Spicy Dill Pickle Monterey Jack cheese adds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sunny Dog Spicy Dill Pickle Monterey Jack, grated
- 1 cup popcorn
- Salt, if desired
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- Spread grated cheese on parchment paper and once oven is preheated place in oven for 10 minutes or until all edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and place in refrigerator to cool.
- Pop one cup of your favourite popcorn in an air popper and leave in large bowl.
- Once cheese is cool, remove from the fridge and break into small pieces into your popcorn. There will be little crispy cheese and thicker cheese. All is good.
- Add salt, if desired…but try without first.
- Enjoy with friends or one on one popcorn therapy.
