We mature our Premium Red Wine Aged Cheddar to perfection after combining aged white cheddar with "Old Vines Foch". We chose this full-bodied red wine from the Quail's Gate Estate Winery in the Okanagan Valley for its intense, rich and complex flavour. This cheese presents beautifully on a cheese plate with its veins of rich red wine running through it.
